Carly Simon is working on a new baseball anthem after confessing she once started to write a song to rival traditional tune Take Me Out To The Ballgame.
The You're So Vain singer has recorded a rendition of the beloved sports anthem for a CD accompanying a kids book about baseball, and the star reveals she once tried to pen her own stadium tune - about her daughter becoming a major league player.
She tells The Associated Press, "I really should finish it."
